I am Dominique, a Cape Town-based wine writer and photographer. I hope my passion for food, wine and travel rub off on you whilst you peruse my site. I make and style all dishes, most of my recipes are inspired by other recipes or great cooks and chefs and are thus a tribute to said, cook or chef.
